I am a master relationship coach and sacred sexuality educator.

I have been a leadership coach since 1997 and created The 12 Elements of Power framework for integrating masculine and feminine power, which I have delivered to corporations, individuals and couples since 2004. I have a Masters' Degree in Psychology. I’ve practiced meditation since 1985 and am a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

I've also had a sweet relationship with the heart of Jesus since I was 3 years old, though my sense of him didn't at all jive with what my grandma and her Nazarene minister said.

Since 1998, my husband Kurt and I have studied the manuscripts that were excluded from the Bible at the Council of Nicea and the connection between the teachings and miracles of Jesus and the wisdom paths of Egypt and the Himalayas.

I am a walking testament to the power of meditation, 12-step recovery, relational recovery, and the integration of masculine and feminine power to expose, integrate and alchemize conditioned patterns. My work is informed by life experiences including a 27-year relationship, 15+ years of parenting, neurodivergence, blended family dynamics, loss of my father at 19, sexual trauma, addiction, infidelity and intimacy avoidance.

Kurt and I have practiced sacred sexuality since 1999. We’ve pioneered the Couples’ Stroking Practice, a meditative erotic touch modality, since 2010. We help women, men, and couples expand their capacity for pleasure, receptivity, masculine-feminine polarity, and intimacy. We also help families nurture the sexual and relational health of the next generation in age-appropriate ways. We draw from Jesus and Mary Magdalene's teachings to nourish our own relationship and those of our clients and students.
